Shipping policy
Free UK Delivery on orders over £40
To take advantage of this offer simply select the free shipping option in the checkout. Your item will either be shipped by Economy Delivery (5/6 Working Days) or by Tracked Delivery (3/4 Working Days) depending on its weight.
NOTE: We may not be able to offer free shipping to certain highland and island postcodes (see below) if this is the case, we will contact you.
We will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. We dispatch orders on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). For next day delivery your order must be placed before 14:00 hours (Mon - Thur).
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm using a next day courier service will not be delivered until the following Monday. Most Royal Mail services will still be delivered on Saturdays but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm and Saturday & Sunday will not be sent out until the Monday as we are closed over the weekend.

We reserve the right to select an alternative carrier or shipping method of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
If you place an order using our free UK delivery over £40 and you return an item, you are subject to a minimum £2.99 postage charge to cover our costs.
We cannot accept next day or economy courier deliveries at the standard rates to the following addresses:
Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands & Islands (postcodes include: IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE)
Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly (postcodes include: BT, IM, TR21-25)
Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination and you will have to select either Guernsey or Jersey from the country selection box.

We currently ship orders to most European countries.
To calculate international shipping costs, add the items you wish to order to your basket and enter your shipping address on the checkout.
Please note that custom and import charges may apply. These are calculated by the destination country.
