If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. All purchases are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee.

In all return correspondence please indicate your order ID, the items you are returning, and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. You can return your order, to the address above, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed in advance. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We suggest using a recorded signed for service that requires a signature on delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. If you return an item to us that was faulty on delivery, or if we made a mistake of any kind, we will refund you the return postage costs. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of items sent special delivery, we can only credit you up to the amount that the package would cost if sent Royal Mail Recorded.
NOTE: If you place an order using our free UK delivery over £100 and you return an item, you are subject to a minimum £2.99 postage charge to cover our costs.
